The 30 ‘service is provided free of charge.

You can download Skype from https://www.skype.com/en/. You must have a camera and a microphone. Using Skype is free when it comes to a Skype session between two Skype users.

Domestic orders are delivered to your place with a courier company without any charge for the customer. Shipping costs are borne by Sylvestris. Overseas orders are routed by credit / debit card and shipping costs depend on the country of dispatch. Orders with delivery outside Europe may incur customs charges.

The shipment of the product is in printed and electronic form. The transport and packaging of the products to the customer’s place are done with absolute safety and care.
